MMT provides freight forwarding, customs clearance, inland transport, warehousing, and related logistics services. This website is for information and enquiries; the execution of any shipment is governed by the service agreement, quotation terms, and transport documents issued for that shipment.

Quotes

Quotes are prepared based on the information you provide; inaccurate or incomplete details may change the final price.

Unless stated otherwise, quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.

Quotes are subject to carrier space and schedule availability, and to surcharges, duties, and exchange-rate changes outside our control.

Your obligations

Provide accurate and complete information about the cargo, its value, and its documents.

Do not request the shipment of prohibited, restricted, or undeclared dangerous goods.

Comply with the customs and import/export laws applicable to your shipment.

Liability

Logistics services are performed subject to the applicable international transport conventions and the standard trading conditions referenced in our quotations and transport documents, which may limit or exclude liability in certain cases.

The website itself is provided “as is”. We make reasonable efforts to keep its content accurate but give no warranty that it is complete or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.

Intellectual property

The content of this website — including the MMT name, logo, texts, and visuals — belongs to MMT Logistics and may not be reproduced without our prior written consent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
